“If Russia intends to return in Kherson (and this is beyond any doubt), the Russian security services must all these “partisans” either to move to Simferopol, put on trial and place in “CHERNYI DELFIN” for a life sentence or exterminate…”

“The New York Times has published a huge article about Ukrainian “resistance fighters”. With names, numerous photos. With details. How these “partisans” have communicated the Ukrainain army data about the Russian troops movements. But what is the most important – with stories how they were killing Russian soldiers.

In general, Kherson has become an example of how “it should not have been done”.
At first, a Ukrainian yellow-blue rag was hanging over the regional administration building for a month and a half. Crowds of political Ukes were rallying in the square for several months. The Ukrainian “mayor” went to work freely and made statements every day, although he had to be held in a solitary confinement and talk exclusively with the investigator. Instead of filtrating, purging and arresting all disloyal people in the city, the new local authorities began with installing billboards.
There is no way to explain this. There are only two options to choose from and both are bad - stupidity or betrayal. But now it is important to learn lessons.
Working with the population is not only and not so much about social benefits and posters. First of all, this is a show of power. The state has a monopoly on violence. And where this violence must be applied, it must be applied without hesitation.
Kherson is a territory of the Russian Federation. The “partisans” that American journalists wrote about (and we highly appreciate this) are terrorists. The same as Basayev or Gelayev were. And they must be treated the same way. This is why the GRU exists."
